Location is a vital part to having a successful business. Putting your product in front of the customer is the main idea of business.
In this assignment, I want you to get with your group, and narrow down your location to one spot. I DO NOT WANT HILLIARD, FERNANDINA BEACH, OR JACKSONVILLE AS AN OPTION!!!!! Find a location that is suitable and search real estate in that area.
If you are opening a clothing store, find a mall or strip mall in the area. If you are opening an assembly line, find space in the industrial section of town.
The point is to Google and research open locations in the market you are looking to enter. I want you to go through and find me a location, how much the location will cost, the size of the location, and contact information. If a price isn't listed, call the number, or send an email inquiring about it.
On Microsoft Word, Print your Company name, members, location, price, and contact information. I then want you to summarize why you chose this location. This is the only location you will use in the group project.
There is no right or wrong location!
